We loved that all the staff were friendly and spoke English, which is not typical for Italians. The balcony with a sea view was a nice touch. We also enjoyed being able to book tickets to facilities and rent deck chairs and umbrellas in advance. The sandy beach with bars and restaurants just a three-minute walk away was a great convenience.

Felt like our own home, no complaints.

Our kids excited with the pool and we are happy there was lifeguard all the time.

Breakfast very basic - ham&eggs all the time and no vegetables, but we found it is the common all over there, unfortunately.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to public transport and nearby attractions. the complimentary breakfast was delightful and fulfilled my expectations.

The room was quite small and the walls were thin, so noise was occasionally a problem. the bathroom could have been cleaner, which could be improved by the hotel’s housekeeping staff.

Everything good but on the day to check -out they charged me for my child meals which suposed to be free of charge,this is what they said us in the check -in day.

The hotel location was convenient and close to the beach. The restaurant served good food and the room had a comfortable bed. However.

The hotel desperately needs maintenance. The staff weren't very friendly and didn't speak English, which made it difficult to communicate.

That it was very quiet even though it was just next to a main street!

I would prefer the check out to be a bit later.

The service at this place was top-notch, with the staff on the reception desk being very friendly and attentive. The amenities in the room were also great, including a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, which was a fantastic way to unwind and relax during my stay. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was for senior people, with ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy to navigate and ensuring our safety.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more patient and understanding. As seniors, we may need a little extra time or assistance, and it would be nice if the staff could be more accommodating in this regard.
